Service Description
A fun, supportive strength and conditioning group for younger or less experienced ninja athletes who are building their athletic base. This class focuses on the essential physical qualities that support long-term progress in the sport, including coordination, body control, general strength, balance, jumping and landing mechanics, and basic pulling foundations. Sessions are age-appropriate, engaging, and designed to help athletes become more confident, capable movers.
