ELITE ATHLETICISM

Strength and Conditioning for Youth Ninja Athletes

Fun, purposeful small-group training that helps youth ninja athletes develop strength, coordination, body control, confidence, and the physical resilience to keep progressing.

Why Strength and Conditioning?

Ninja requires a unique combination of strength and skill. Targeted strength and conditioning can accelerate an athlete’s progress by building the physical foundation they need to develop better movement, handle obstacles more effectively, and continue improving over time.

Strength, Grip, and body control

Ninja places major demands on an athlete’s grip, upper-body strength, and ability to control their body in space. These sessions include age-appropriate grip and pulling work, alongside full-body strength training, to help athletes build the physical tools that support stronger obstacle performance.

Coordination and Athleticism

Well-rounded athletes have more options when solving obstacle challenges. Training balance, jumping, landing, rhythm, and general coordination helps athletes move with greater confidence and adapt more effectively to new situations.

Long-Term Physical Resilience

Building strength across the whole body helps athletes better tolerate the physical demands of ninja. Thoughtful, progressive training can support tissue resilience, improve movement quality, and help athletes develop a more durable foundation for long-term participation in the sport.

Foundations S&C

Designed for younger athletes or those new to structured training, Foundations focuses on developing fundamental movement patterns and body control. We emphasize technique, balance, and general coordination in a supportive, age-appropriate environment that builds a confident athletic baseline.

Performance S&C

Tailored for more experienced youth ninja athletes who already have a solid movement foundation and are ready for a greater training challenge. Performance S&C develops strength, power, stability, and athletic qualities that support more advanced obstacle performance and long-term progress.

Not sure which group is the right fit for your athlete? I'm happy to help you decide based on their current goals and experience level.
